How it works

One order, two sides, zero phone calls.

Here is what happens between a shop searching for a part and the part landing on its bench.

How it works

Repair shop side

  1. 1

    Search

The shop types the part and the model the way it would say it: “iPhone 13 screen”. Tunispare recognises the device and the part.

  2. 2

    Compare

Compatible offers appear: price incl. VAT, grade, stock, supplier’s city. Sort by relevance, price or lead time.

  3. 3

    Order or request a quote

Direct order (or through the basket), or a quote request to several suppliers for a rare part.

  4. 4

    Choose delivery and payment

Delivered by the supplier or collected from the supplier; paid on site.

  5. 5

    Track and receive

Every step is notified. On delivery, the supplier’s invoice is already in the shop’s purchases.

How it works

Supplier side

  1. 1

    Publish the catalogue

Products with price incl. VAT, availability and quantities — by hand or by CSV import.

  2. 2

    Receive the request

An order or a quote request comes in: notified in the app and by email.

  3. 3

    Confirm

The supplier confirms (or refuses, with a reason). The invoice is issued in its name and its stock updated.

  4. 4

    Prepare and hand over

It delivers itself or prepares the order for collection, and updates the status.

  5. 5

    Get paid

Paid on site at hand-over, or paid out by Tunispare when the shop paid through the platform.
