Terms of use

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms govern the use of the Tunispare platform by repair shops and spare-part suppliers. Creating an account means accepting them. This English version is provided for information; the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

Tunispare is an online platform, published by Tunispare, connecting repair shops and spare-part suppliers established in Tunisia, and providing users with management tools (stock, point of sale, repairs, invoicing).

2. Definitions

  • Platform: tunispare.com and all Tunispare services.
  • User: anyone holding an account, repair shop or supplier.
  • Repair shop: a repair professional buying parts through the platform.
  • Supplier: a professional publishing spare-part offers on the platform.
  • Order: a purchase made by a repair shop from a supplier through the platform.
  • Plan: paid access to some features for a given period.

3. Access and sign-up

The platform is reserved for professionals. Users provide accurate, up-to-date information (company name, tax ID, address, phone) and confirm their email address.

Credentials are personal and confidential; users are responsible for the use of their account and inform Tunispare of any unauthorised use. They can review and close their active sessions from their account.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Current prices are shown on the Pricing page, in Tunisian dinars, all taxes included. Repair-shop access requires a plan; suppliers have a limited free plan and a paid Premium plan.

Plans are paid in advance (), with a proof for an offline payment. A plan is activated once the payment is validated, and every payment comes with an invoice.

Plans do not renew automatically. A reminder is sent before the end of the period. At the end, access to paid features is suspended (data is kept); a supplier account returns to the free plan. A declared payment being checked keeps access open.

5. Tunispare’s role in orders

The sale of a part is concluded between the supplier and the repair shop. Tunispare provides the tools to connect, order and track, but is not the seller of the parts.

The supplier alone is responsible for its offers: description, price incl. VAT, availability, conformity of the parts and the invoice, issued in its name when the order is confirmed.

When an order is paid through the platform, Tunispare collects the payment on behalf of the supplier and pays out the amount due to it, less any commission shown to it, once the return window has passed.

6. Orders, delivery and returns

Any delivery fee is shown before the order is placed. The supplier confirms or refuses the order; the repair shop may cancel it until it is being prepared, unless it was already paid online.

A return can be recorded for 3 days after delivery; the invoice is then cancelled by a credit note.

7. Compatibility information

Compatibility information is built from technical data and catalogues. It is provided to help choose and does not relieve the repair shop from checking the reference before fitting.

8. Users’ obligations

Users undertake to use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms. In particular, the following are forbidden:

  • publishing false or misleading offers, or offers for unlawful products;
  • impersonation or providing inaccurate information;
  • automated extraction of the platform’s data;
  • any attempt to harm the security or operation of the service.

9. Users’ data

Users keep ownership of the data they enter (stock, customers, sales, repairs, invoices). They authorise Tunispare to host and process it to provide the service.

Suppliers authorise their catalogue to be shown to the platform’s repair shops.

10. Availability and liability

Tunispare uses reasonable means to keep the service available and secure; it may be interrupted for maintenance.

Tunispare is not liable for indirect damages, nor for the performance of a sale concluded between a repair shop and a supplier.

11. Suspension and account closure

Users can close their account at any time from their workspace. Tunispare may suspend an account for breach of these terms, after informing the user except in an emergency.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to the terms

Tunispare may change these terms. Users are informed of significant changes before they take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. The parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Tunis have sole jurisdiction.
