Tunispare in brief

What is Tunispare?

Tunispare is a Tunisian B2B platform connecting phone and electronics repair shops with spare-part suppliers. Shops search, compare and order parts; suppliers publish their catalogue and receive orders and quote requests. Shops also get the tools to run their business: stock, point of sale, repair tickets and invoices.

Who is Tunispare for?

Professionals: repair shops on one side, spare-part wholesalers and resellers on the other, anywhere in Tunisia. Tunispare does not sell to consumers.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Tunispare runs in the browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Screens are designed for the phone first: the shop is run from the counter.

How is a part’s compatibility determined?

Each part type is linked to the devices it fits in a structured database — 21,018 part ↔ device links today, built from spec sheets and wholesaler catalogues. When you search “iPhone 13 screen”, Tunispare recognises the device and the part and only shows matching offers.

Repair shops

What can I run in my shop with Tunispare?

Your stock (products, movements, alert thresholds, scanning by camera or USB scanner), your point of sale (cash, card, transfer; paid in full, deposit or credit; 80 mm receipt), your repair tickets (agreed price, deposit, device photos, parts used, due date), your invoices, credit notes and purchases with VAT and stamp duty, and your customers’ credit.

Do I need a barcode scanner?

No. The phone or computer camera is enough (EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 128, QR code). A USB scanner works too: it is picked up anywhere on the point-of-sale page.

Is there a free plan for repair shops?

No: shop access starts with the Shop Pro plan. It is monthly or yearly, with no commitment beyond the period paid. Promo codes are sometimes offered.

Suppliers

How do I publish my catalogue?

Create a supplier account, then add your products one by one or import them at once from a CSV file: name, reference, price incl. VAT, availability, quantity, minimum quantity. The free plan covers up to 100 products.

What does Tunispare cost a supplier?

Publishing is free up to 100 products. Supplier Premium (39.000 TND a month or 390.000 TND a year) gives you an unlimited catalogue, ranks your offers first in shops’ searches with a Priority badge, and shows you how often your products are viewed. No commission is taken on your sales.

How do quote requests work?

A shop describes the part it needs and picks the suppliers to ask. You receive the request and answer with a unit price, a quantity, a lead time and a message. If the shop chooses your offer, you are notified, its phone number becomes visible, and you can issue the invoice in one click. Your price holds for 7 days.

Orders and delivery

Are prices shown including VAT?

Yes. A supplier’s price is the final price, VAT and stamp duty included. Only delivery fees, when there are any, are added to the total — and they are shown before you order.

How does delivery work?

It depends on the supplier: they can deliver themselves (for the fee they set) or let you collect the order from them. Carrier delivery is being integrated. Every step — confirmed, being prepared, shipped, delivered — is notified to you.

How do I pay for an order?

With the mode chosen when ordering: on site, to the supplier, on hand-over. The supplier’s invoice is issued on confirmation and lands straight in your purchases.

What if a part doesn’t fit?

Contact the supplier or our team without delay: a return can be recorded for 3 days after delivery. A credit note then cancels the order’s invoice.

Plans and payment

How much is the repair-shop plan?

Shop Pro costs 19.900 TND a month, or 199.000 TND a year (two months free). Prices are in Tunisian dinars, VAT included.

How do I pay for my plan?

Every payment comes with an invoice.

Does the plan renew automatically?

No. You get an email three days before your period ends, and you renew when you want. Renewing early loses no days: the new period starts when the current one ends.

Data and security

Can other users see my data?

No. Your stock, sales, repairs, customers and invoices are private. A supplier only sees what it needs: the shop’s name and city for a quote request (and its phone once the offer is chosen), the delivery name, phone and address for an order.

How is my account protected?

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt) and never readable, your email address is confirmed with a code, active sessions can be reviewed and closed from your account, and the unlock codes of devices left for repair are encrypted in the database.
